5.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen situations.
5.2. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.
6.1. We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for any actions, negligence, or service failures by third parties.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6.3. Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations during their trip.
7.1. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8.1. Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip for a resolution attempt.
8.2. If unresolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip’s completion.
8.3. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Egyptian law.
9.1. We respect your privacy and will only use personal information as required to process bookings, provide services, and comply with legal requirements.
9.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements.
